I like to read the Overlawered blog – a listing of frivolous lawsuits.
But this one today just makes me shake my head.
A woman is being sued by her downstairs neighbors because she takes baths too early in the morning and the noisy pipes wake them up.
Can’t they just wear earplugs? WTF people!
