I decided to take the plunge and reinstall my laptop. I needed to do this for a few reasons that I’m not going to go into here.
So I made a 4GB partition to install Windows XP Pro into and did that.
Now, after running Windows Update at least six times – and finding new updates that I needed to apply each time – my 4GB partition is FULL!
Whisky – Tango – Foxtrot, Over?
4GB for nothing but the OS? Can you say BLOATED? I knew you could.
Sooo.. Now I have to find my copy of Partition Magic that works on XP and make the partition bigger. And I’ll be running the Add/Remove programs tool and stripping down Windows.
But 4GB? All I can do is shake my head.
