I was working on a script to test our DNS servers here at work today and I discovered that there was a perl script in my scripts directory called “dispus”.
“WTF is that?” I wondered as I opened it up.
It turns out to be a very nice disc space usage script that I apparently pulled from this UnixReview article a long time ago and forgot about.
It’s pretty nice. It has a command line interface and you can CD around the disc and see the space usage.
Highly recommended.
