Overlawyered.com explores an American legal system that too often turns litigation into a weapon against guilty and innocent alike, erodes individual responsibility, rewards sharp practice, enriches its participants at the public’s expense, and resists even modest efforts at reform and accountability.
I’m adding this one to my blog links. I hate the fact that there are so many lawsuits over stupid things. People need more common sense (which, sadly, isn’t very common) and need to take personal responsibility for their own actions.
And suing people or companies for “emotional distress” is a joke. Just suck it up people!
