Well, I can not recommend Dick & Rick’s Auto Interiors in Bloomington.
I drove over there and told the woman behind the counter I wanted to talk to someone about reupholstering the seat in my sidecar.
She went in the back and came out again a few minutes later and said the tech said they don’t do motorcycles.
I explained that it was a seat in a sidecar and she said she had told the tech that, but he said they don’t do that.
They didn’t even want to look at it.
So I left, very annoyed. Nice customer service there. I won’t be going back even if I need my car worked on.
Looks like I need to let my fingers do the walking next time.
I did call Dick and Rick’s the other day to inquire about their hours and ask about getting my sidecar seat redone. The woman on the phone (I am assuming it was the same woman) did not tell me then that they wouldn’t even look at it. She told me I’d have to bring it in for a quote. I have the feeling that she thought the tech was being unreasonable also.
