So this morning an associate producer comes over with an email issue. Some emails appear to be getting delivered to the wrong mail boxes.
Her documentation is all hearsay and the stuff I look at doesn’t indicate that there is an issue. I can’t see any misconfiguration.
So, because I can’t see it after about 15 minutes, she goes to the CTO (since I’m obviously not doing what she wants.) WTF?
Anyway, it’s going to become the other email guy’s problem when he gets in.
